Significant Developments

During the quarter, Anant Raj Limited incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anant Raj Cloud Singapore Pte. Ltd., to expand its cloud services business. Additionally, the company completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% equity share capital of Romano Projects Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

The Board also approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving the amalgamation of Anant Raj Cloud Private Limited (ARCPL) with the company and the demerger of the Data Centre and Cloud Services undertaking into Ashok Cloud Private Limited (ACPL).
