Banco Products (India) Limited’s Board of Directors has approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee, show an increase in revenue and profit compared to the previous year. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Hiteshbhai Manubhai Patel as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director.

Banco Products (India) Limited announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on August 8, 2026, has considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended June 30, 2026. These results were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the auditors, which carried an unmodified opinion.

Key Financial Highlights for Q1 FY27

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the unaudited financial results indicate a consolidated total income from operations of ₹1,17,341 Lakhs, with a net profit for the period of ₹4,451 Lakhs. The total comprehensive income attributable to owners for the quarter stood at ₹4,451 Lakhs.

On a standalone basis for the same period, the total income from operations was ₹33,579 Lakhs, and the net profit for the period was ₹5,950 Lakhs. The total comprehensive income attributable to owners was also ₹5,950 Lakhs.

Appointment of Additional Director

Following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Hiteshbhai Manubhai Patel (DIN: 11866196) as an Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. This appointment is effective from August 8, 2026, and is for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval.

Appointment of Cost Auditor

The Board further approved, based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, the appointment of M/s. S S Puranik and Associates as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Their remuneration will be recommended for ratification by the shareholders.

Annual General Meeting Scheduled

The company plans to convene its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. IST, to be held through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from Saturday, September 12, 2026, to Saturday, September 19, 2026, inclusive, for determining eligibility for the final dividend, if approved.

The cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible for e-voting at the 65th AGM is Saturday, September 12, 2026. Additionally, Mr. J. J. Gandhi has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting and e-voting process at the AGM.
