Affle: Q1 FY27 Standalone Revenue ₹2,396 Crore, Consolidated ₹7,471 Crore

Affle 3i Limited has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a standalone revenue of ₹2,396.05 crore and a consolidated revenue of ₹7,471.64 crore for the period. The board meeting also reviewed limited review reports from the auditors, affirming the financial performance for the quarter.

Affle 3i Limited Announces Q1 FY27 Financial Results

Affle 3i Limited (formerly known as Affle (India) Limited) has officially released its unaudited financial results for the first quarter, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The board of directors convened on August 8, 2026, to approve these results.

Standalone Financial Performance

For the standalone operations, Affle reported a revenue from operations of ₹2,396.05 crore. Other income contributed an additional ₹195.71 crore, bringing the total standalone income to ₹2,591.76 crore. After accounting for total expenses of ₹2,043.49 crore and a tax expense of ₹139.89 crore, the profit before tax stood at ₹548.27 crore, resulting in a profit for the period of ₹408.38 crore.

Consolidated Financial Highlights

On a consolidated basis, the Group’s revenue from operations reached ₹7,471.64 crore, with other income amounting to ₹250.41 crore, totaling ₹7,722.05 crore in total income. The consolidated total expenses were ₹6,144.18 crore. After a tax expense of ₹293.48 crore, the profit before tax was ₹1,577.87 crore, leading to a consolidated profit for the period of ₹1,284.39 crore.

Other Comprehensive Income and Total Comprehensive Income

The company also reported on its other comprehensive income. For standalone results, the total comprehensive income for the period was ₹407.63 crore. In the consolidated statement, the total comprehensive income for the period attributable to equity holders of the parent was ₹1,214.98 crore.

Earnings Per Share

The basic earnings per equity share for the standalone segment were ₹2.90, and the diluted earnings per equity share were ₹2.87. For the consolidated results, the basic earnings per equity share stood at ₹9.13, with diluted earnings per equity share at ₹9.02.
