Senior Leadership Expansion
Delhivery Limited has officially elevated Ms. Vani Venkatesh to the pivotal role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This significant appointment is effective from August 08, 2026, marking a key development in the company’s senior leadership structure. The decision was a result of a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subsequent approval by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on August 08, 2026.
Expanded Responsibilities and Expertise
Ms. Venkatesh, who joined Delhivery in February 2025 as Chief Business Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), was instrumental in managing the company’s revenue functions. In her expanded role as Deputy CEO, she will now lead the Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Experience divisions. She will also collaborate closely with the Company’s Operations teams, leveraging her extensive experience to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
She will continue to be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Ms. Venkatesh brings over two decades of diverse industry experience, having held senior leadership positions at companies including Airtel, McKinsey, Unilever, and Abbott Nutrition. Her background includes serving as CEO for Global Business and Delhi NCR Region at Airtel, as well as Chief Marketing Officer. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, and Company Secretary.
