On August 7, 2026, the company entered into an agreement for land admeasuring approximately 11.887 Acres in Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana. Concurrently, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Signatureglobal Business Park Limited, secured a separate agreement for land measuring approximately 13.73 Acres in the same region.

Development Rights and Growth Strategy

These collaboration agreements empower Signatureglobal and its subsidiary with the development rights for the acquired land parcels, enabling them to undertake new real estate projects. This expansion is a strategic move to bolster the company’s land bank within the emerging growth corridor of Sohna, Gurugram.
