The Board considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. These results, presented on a standalone and consolidated basis, were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Audit Committee. The standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, show a Profit After Tax of ₹7,130.66 Lakhs, with a total comprehensive income of ₹7,312.80 Lakhs.

Capacity Expansion and Capex

A significant strategic decision was the approval of an approved capacity addition for the development of an intermediate block. This expansion is projected to incur an estimated capital expenditure (capex) of ₹149 Crores. The expansion is aimed at serving intermediate and CDMO customers, with the period for addition estimated at 1 year. Financing will be sourced through internal accruals and borrowings.

Leadership Transitions Approved

In a notable governance update, the Board approved changes in key leadership designations, effective October 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval:

  • Shri Rashesh C. Gogri (DIN: 00066291) will transition from Non-Executive Director to Managing Director.
  • Smt. Hetal Gogri Gala (DIN: 00005499) will move from Managing Director to Executive Director.

These appointments are based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
