The reported loss before tax for the quarter was ₹336 crore. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 7, 2026.

In a significant corporate decision, the Board of Directors of Ola Electric Mobility Limited has approved the appointment of TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited as the Internal Auditor for the upcoming Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited is described as a firm specializing in Governance, Risk & Compliance, and business advisory services, with a team of over 300 professionals.

Financial Performance Highlights

The financial results also detailed several key figures, including revenue from operations at ₹455 crore and other income of ₹29 crore. Total expenses amounted to ₹620 crore. Finance costs stood at ₹73 crore, and depreciation and amortization expenses were ₹127 crore. The total comprehensive loss for the period attributable to owners of the company was ₹531 crore.

Unaudited Segment Information

Consolidated segment information for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, indicates the primary reportable segments are ‘Automotive’ and ‘Cell’. The Automotive segment reported revenue from operations of ₹455 crore and a segment loss before tax of ₹229 crore. The Cell segment reported revenue from operations of ₹5 crore and a segment loss before tax of ₹107 crore.

Auditor’s Review and Going Concern

The accompanying consolidated financial results have undergone a limited review by B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants. The auditors expressed a qualified conclusion on the financial results due to the reversal of a provision related to liquidated damages for Ola Cell Technologies Private Limited, where approval for an extension of time from the Ministry of Heavy Industries was pending. Management’s assessment of the company’s going concern assumption is detailed in the notes, asserting the ability to continue operations for the foreseeable future.
