Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by 21% to INR 87 Cr compared to INR 72 Cr in the previous year. Gross Profit Margin improved to 52.8%, and Adj. EBITDA Margin rose to 28.4%.

Consolidated Performance

Consolidated Revenue from Operations grew by 24% to INR 508 Cr in Q1 FY27, up from INR 410 Cr in Q1 FY26. Adjusted EBITDA increased by 19% to INR 119 Cr. Consolidated Profit After Tax, however, saw a decrease of 20% to INR 57 Cr from INR 71 Cr in the prior year. Consolidated Gross Profit Margin improved to 58.2%.

Order Book and Industry Overview

The company maintains a strong order book position with a total of INR 4,848 Cr as of June 30, 2026. The order book breakup shows a diversified industry segment contribution, with Aerospace & Defence at 38%, Auto & Auto Components at 19%, General Engineering at 20%, Die & Moulds at 13%, and EMS at 7%.

An overview of the global machine tool industry indicates a consumption of approximately $80 Bn, with India ranking 4th in consumption. The top producers include China, Italy, and Germany, with India ranking 9th in production.

Jyoti CNC Automation identifies key growth drivers including Electric Vehicles, Semiconductor, EMS, and Aerospace & Defence sectors.
