This transaction will result in Krasny Paras ceasing to be an associate of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited. The deal is anticipated to be finalized by December 31, 2026.

Financial Impact

In the financial year 2025-26, Krasny Paras contributed Rs. 0.59 Crore to the consolidated turnover of Paras Defence, accounting for 0.12%. As of March 31, 2026, Krasny Paras reported a net worth of Rs. 0.63 Crore. The final consideration for the sale has not yet been determined, as it is subject to the outcome of a due diligence process.
