Key Financial Highlights
The company’s license-linked revenue, encompassing platform licenses and annual maintenance, saw a substantial increase of 17%, reaching ₹457 crore from ₹389 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profitability metrics also showed positive trends, with EBITDA rising to ₹194 crore from ₹176 crore year-on-year.
For the last twelve months (LTM) on a consolidated basis, Intellect Design Arena’s total income reached ₹3,299 crore, up from ₹2,690 crore in the prior corresponding period. Licensed-linked revenue for the LTM period increased to ₹1,734 crore from ₹1,324 crore.
Strategic Growth Drivers
Management attributed the growth to its strategic focus on AI-first solutions and its two core platforms: eMACH.ai and Purple Fabric. These platforms are key to the company’s strategy of providing composable banking and AI-driven solutions.
