Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited has officially announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of the financial year 2026-27, which concluded on June 30, 2026. The results, approved by the Board of Directors, encompass both standalone and consolidated figures.

Standalone Financial Highlights

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹21,853.71 lakhs. The total income for the period was ₹22,755.72 lakhs. After accounting for total expenses of ₹15,664.11 lakhs and tax expenses of ₹1,776.85 lakhs, the company achieved a standalone profit after tax of ₹5,314.76 lakhs. This represents a slight increase compared to the previous quarter.

Consolidated Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited reported revenue from operations of ₹23,098.19 lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total consolidated income reached ₹23,951.22 lakhs. Total consolidated expenses were recorded at ₹16,856.77 lakhs, with tax expenses amounting to ₹1,784.34 lakhs. Consequently, the consolidated profit after tax for the quarter was ₹5,310.11 lakhs.

Dividend Recommendation

In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors has proposed a dividend of Re. 2/- per equity share of Re. 1 each (i.e., 200%) for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Other Comprehensive Income and Total Comprehensive Income

The company also reported other comprehensive income for the quarter. Standalone, it was ₹17.12 lakhs, leading to a total standalone comprehensive income of ₹5,331.88 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, other comprehensive income was ₹45.55 lakhs, resulting in a total consolidated comprehensive income of ₹5,327.99 lakhs for the period.
