These results, presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis, were subsequently filed with the stock exchanges. The company also declared an interim dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share, representing 125% on a par value of ₹1.

Dividend Details and Record Date

The interim dividend is declared for the financial year 2026-27. The designated record date for determining the eligible shareholders for this dividend payment is August 14, 2026. Shareholders will receive the interim dividend through electronic mode on or after August 24, 2026. As per the Finance Act, 2020, dividend income will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) from April 1, 2020, in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 2025.

Profit before tax stood at ₹5,501 lakhs, and profit after tax was ₹4,114 lakhs. For the same period, total comprehensive income was ₹4,722 lakhs. The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reported total income of ₹328,587 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹10,811 lakhs. Total comprehensive income for the consolidated entity was ₹16,010 lakhs.
