Aegis Logistics: Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 37%, EBITDA Up 184%

Aegis Logistics reported a robust 37% year-on-year increase in revenue for Q1 FY27, reaching Rs. 2,357 crore. The company also saw a substantial 184% growth in normalized EBITDA to Rs. 727 crore. Both the Liquids and Gas divisions demonstrated strong performance, with the Gas Division EBITDA growing by 296%. Profit After Tax saw a significant jump of 212% to Rs. 545 crore.

Aegis Logistics Delivers Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

Aegis Logistics Limited has announced its financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027 (Q1 FY27), showcasing significant growth across key financial metrics. The company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs. 2,357 crore, marking a substantial 37% increase compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26), which stood at Rs. 1,719 crore.

Record EBITDA and Profitability

The company’s normalized EBITDA for Q1 FY27 reached an impressive Rs. 727 crore, a remarkable 184% surge from Rs. 256 crore in Q1 FY26. This strong EBITDA performance was driven by robust contributions from both its business segments. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a significant uplift, growing by 212% to Rs. 545 crore in Q1 FY27, compared to Rs. 175 crore in Q1 FY26. Consequently, Earnings Per Share (EPS) rose by 269% to Rs. 13.80 from Rs. 3.74 in the prior year’s quarter.

Segment-wise Highlights

Liquids Division

The Liquids Division achieved its highest ever Q1 revenue and EBITDA. The division reported a 28% growth in EBITDA, reaching Rs. 136 crore. This performance is underpinned by five consecutive quarters of growth in EBITDA, demonstrating consistent operational strength.

Gas Division

The Gas Division recorded its highest ever EBITDA, surging by an impressive 296% year-on-year to Rs. 591 crore. This growth was fueled by stable Logistics & Sourcing volumes, even amidst challenging geopolitical conditions, and record volumes and margins in Distribution.

Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

As of FY26, Aegis Logistics maintained a strong financial position with Total Assets of Rs. 14,490 crore and Total Equities & Liabilities also at Rs. 14,490 crore. The company demonstrated healthy cash flow management, with a Net Cash Inflow from Operating Activities of Rs. 2,028 crore in FY26. Cash and Cash Equivalents at the end of FY26 stood at Rs. 2,512 crore.

Dividend Growth

The company’s dividend per share has shown a consistent upward trend, reaching Rs. 8.70 in FY26, indicating a positive return to shareholders.
