Standalone Financial Performance
On a standalone basis, EIH Limited recorded revenue from operations amounting to ₹599.80 crore. Other income contributed an additional ₹58.20 crore, bringing the total income to ₹658.00 crore. Total expenses for the quarter stood at ₹488.28 crore, resulting in a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹169.72 crore. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹42.63 crore, the standalone profit for the period was ₹127.09 crore.
Consolidated Financial Performance
The consolidated financial results present a broader picture of the group’s performance. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹697.94 crore, with other income adding ₹40.98 crore, for a total consolidated income of ₹697.94 crore. Total consolidated expenses were ₹533.02 crore. The profit before exceptional items, share of net profit/ (loss) of associates and joint ventures accounted for using the equity method and tax, was ₹164.92 crore. After considering these factors and total tax expenses of ₹49.00 crore, the consolidated profit for the period amounted to ₹120.31 crore.
Other Comprehensive Income
The report also details other comprehensive income/(loss). For standalone results, the net other comprehensive income for the period was (₹0.21) crore. On a consolidated basis, the net other comprehensive income/(loss) for the period was (₹1.04) crore. This resulted in total comprehensive income for the period of ₹126.88 crore on a standalone basis and ₹119.27 crore on a consolidated basis.
