Aegis Logistics Limited (the Company) announced today, August 06, 2026, the execution of a framework agreement with its subsidiary, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL). This agreement signifies a major step forward in expanding the company’s critical infrastructure assets. The focus is on the construction and development of an additional refrigerated double-steel wall, full containment, and insulated storage tank for propane.
Project Details and Location
The new propane tank will boast an impressive capacity of 51,998 MT. This significant addition, along with allied facilities, will be situated at the company’s terminal located within the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) tank farm area. The project underscores Aegis Logistics’ commitment to enhancing its capabilities in handling and storing key energy commodities.
Financial Commitment and Structure
Under the framework agreement, AVTL will receive a sum of ₹1,42,50,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Forty-Two Crores Fifty Lakhs only) from Aegis Logistics Limited upon the execution of the agreement. This financial commitment highlights the substantial investment being made in this strategic expansion. Further details regarding the agreement’s terms, including shareholding and other related party transactions, were provided in the enclosed Annexure A, confirming the transaction’s structure within the Group.
