The company has utilized ₹660.52 Crore out of the total proceeds, leaving a balance of ₹326.73 Crore unutilized. The majority of the unutilized funds are earmarked for capital expenditure and working capital requirements for the period ending March 2027.

Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has provided an update on the utilization of funds raised through its right issue. As of June 30, 2026, the company has utilized an aggregate amount of ₹660.52 Crore towards the objects of the issue. This leaves a significant balance of ₹326.73 Crore unutilized from the total proceeds.
Breakdown of Fund Utilization
The company has detailed the allocation and utilization across various objectives. Key areas include funding capital expenditure for industrial shed replacement and repairs, amounting to ₹30.47 Crore utilized out of ₹39.06 Crore planned. Another substantial allocation was for the acquisition of engineering assets from Bhilai Engineering Corporation Limited, with ₹3.75 Crore utilized against a planned ₹134.00 Crore.
Further utilization includes funding working capital requirements (₹336.53 Crore utilized), investment in equity shares of Techno Industries Private Limited (₹25.00 Crore utilized), and funding of unidentified acquisition and general corporate purposes (₹175.42 Crore utilized). The acquisition of leasehold rights and machinery purchase for existing factories also saw partial utilization.
Remaining Funds and Future Allocation
The total gross proceeds from the issue were ₹987.25 Crore. The remaining ₹326.73 Crore unutilized amount is planned for utilization from July 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Notably, ₹86.59 Crore is allocated towards working capital requirements and ₹168.89 Crore for unidentified acquisition and general corporate purposes.
