Cummins India Limited has shared a presentation delivered by its Managing Director, Ms. Shveta Arya, during the company’s 65th Annual General Meeting held on August 6, 2026. The document outlines the company’s strategic direction and performance for the fiscal year 2025-26.

Key Business Highlights for FY 2025-26

The company reported crossing ₹11,000 crore in annual revenue, reflecting strong margins and steady growth in a dynamic market. It also announced the delivery of over 26,000 gensets with significant traction in datacenter-focused and CAQM-compliant offerings. Breakthrough power solutions launched include an 82.5 kVA CPCB IV+ compliant genset, a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), and the DATUM S Intelligent Fuel Management solution. Cummins India has also deepened its presence in high-growth markets such as Datacenters, Railways, Marine, Defence, and Mining.

Corporate Responsibility and Governance

In line with its commitment to sustainability, Cummins India aims for 100% waste recycling with no landfill waste and achieved Zero Liquid Discharge. The company conserved 1,440 million gallons of water through conservation projects and planted over 20K+ Trees. Governance highlights include 100% Women Representation in Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and 50% women representation on its Board of Directors.

Financial Performance Overview

The financial performance for FY 2025-26 showcases revenue from the sale of products and services at ₹11,950 crore. Profit before interest and tax stood at ₹3,117 crore, with cash generated from operations at ₹1,734 crore. The company declared a dividend of 3300%.

Trends and Future Outlook

The presentation also illustrated trends in revenue and PBIT, with revenue CAGR at 19% and domestic segment CAGR at 23%, while exports grew at a CAGR of 5%. The dividend trend shows consistent growth, reaching 3300% in FY 2026.
