PB Fintech Limited has released its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, showcasing significant year-over-year growth across key performance indicators. The company reported a 92% increase in Profit After Tax (PAT), reaching ₹163 crore, compared to the previous year’s same quarter. This growth was accompanied by an improvement in PAT margin, which rose from 6% to 9%.

Key Financial Highlights

The total insurance premium for the quarter surged by 41% YoY to ₹8,372 crore. This growth was primarily driven by a 53% YoY increase in new protection premiums (Health + Term insurance). Operating revenue also demonstrated strong top-line growth, increasing by 40% YoY to ₹1,888 crore.

Operational Performance and Strategic Updates

The company also announced reconstitution of its board sub-committees, including the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. These changes are effective from August 05, 2026. The financial results and press release detailing these performance improvements have been uploaded to the company’s website and will be published in newspapers as per listing regulations.

PB Fintech highlighted that its core online insurance premium grew by 41% YoY, with new protection premiums seeing a 53% YoY increase. Total lending disbursal stood at ₹4,366 crore, with core lending disbursal up 33% YoY. The company emphasized its improved customer onboarding and claims support services, maintaining a consistent customer satisfaction score above 90%.
