RateGain Travel Technologies: Reduces Loan Debt by $9.75 Million

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited has announced a further prepayment of USD 9,750,000 (USD 9.75 Million) by its subsidiary, RateGain UK. This prepayment, made on August 05, 2026, along with an applicable loan installment of USD 6,250,000, reduces the total outstanding loan by USD 77,500,000. Consequently, the company’s guarantee obligations have also been reduced proportionally.

Further Loan Prepayment by Subsidiary

RateGain Travel Technologies Limited (the “Company”) has made a significant announcement regarding the prepayment of a loan facility by its wholly-owned subsidiary, RateGain UK. This latest action follows a previous disclosure on February 05, 2026, where the company had already prepaid an amount of USD 19,000,000.

Key Prepayment Details

On August 05, 2026, RateGain UK prepaid an additional USD 9,750,000 (USD 9.75 Million) of its loan. This was made in conjunction with the applicable loan installment of USD 6,250,000. These prepayments are part of the larger credit facilities totaling USD 125,000,000 (USD 125 Million).

Impact on Outstanding Debt and Guarantee

As a result of this most recent prepayment, the total outstanding loan/debt has been reduced to USD 77,500,000 (USD 77.50 Million). Furthermore, the corporate guarantee provided by the parent company, RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, will also be reduced proportionally to reflect the decreased outstanding loan amount, as per the terms of the Facility Agreement.
