Axis Bank: Prices USD 600 Million Senior Notes Offering

Axis Bank has successfully priced its issuance of USD 600,000,000 denominated Senior Notes under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) programme. These new notes will consolidate with existing Senior Notes, bringing the total to U.S.$300,000,000 at a fixed rate of 5.348% per annum. The issuance price was 99.544% of the Aggregate Nominal Amount, with an issue date of August 11, 2026, and maturity on June 30, 2031.

Axis Bank Prices New Senior Notes Issuance

Axis Bank announced today the successful pricing of its latest offering of U.S.$600,000,000 Senior Notes. This issuance is part of the Bank’s existing Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) programme and was completed by its Gift City Branch. The pricing took place on August 4, 2026.

Key Details of the Notes

The newly priced Senior Notes will be consolidated with and form a single series with the existing U.S.$300,000,000, 5.348 per cent. Senior Notes under the U.S.$5,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme. The aggregate nominal amount of this tranche is U.S.$300,000,000.
