ASK Automotive: Q1 FY27 Results Show Revenue of ₹999 Crore

ASK Automotive Limited has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a total income of ₹998.99 crore and a profit after tax of ₹61.46 crore. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s internal auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27.

ASK Automotive Limited has released its standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter that concluded on June 30, 2026. The company’s total income for the period stood at ₹998.99 crore. This figure is comprised of revenue from operations amounting to ₹986.55 crore and other income of ₹12.44 crore.

Profitability and Expenses

The total expenses incurred during the quarter were ₹915.78 crore. After accounting for all expenses and taxes, the company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹61.46 crore for the quarter. This represents a slight increase from the previous quarter’s PAT of ₹61.10 crore.

Other Comprehensive Income and Equity

The statement also details other comprehensive income, which resulted in a net loss of ₹1.14 crore for the quarter. Consequently, the total comprehensive income attributable to the owners of the company was ₹60.32 crore. The paid-up equity share capital remained steady at ₹39.43 crore.

Earnings Per Share

Earnings per equity share (EPS) for the quarter were reported at ₹3.12 for both basic and diluted calculations. This is marginally higher than the EPS of ₹3.10 reported for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.

Internal Audit Appointment

In addition to the financial results, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s Ernst & Young LLP as the internal auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27. This appointment was made upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
