RITES: Q1FY27 Revenue ₹561 Crore, Declares ₹1.4 Interim Dividend

RITES Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of FY27, ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a total revenue of ₹561 crore and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹98 crore. The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.4 per share, amounting to ₹67.28 crore, with a record date of August 10, 2026.

RITES Reports Strong Q1FY27 Financials

RITES Ltd. has declared its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The leading transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm posted a total revenue of ₹561 crore, an increase from ₹512 crore in Q1FY26. The consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹98 crore with a margin of 17.4%.

Key Financial Highlights (Consolidated)

The company’s consolidated operating revenue was ₹532 crore, marking an 8.6% rise compared to the ₹490 crore in the previous fiscal’s first quarter. EBITDA was reported at ₹119 crore with a margin of 22.4%.

Standalone Performance

On a standalone basis, RITES reported operating revenue of ₹498 crore (excluding other income), up from ₹456 crore in Q1FY26. Total standalone revenue reached ₹525 crore, against ₹476 crore in the prior year. Standalone EBITDA was ₹85 crore and PAT was ₹72 crore.

Interim Dividend Declared

In a significant move for shareholders, the Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of ₹1.4 per share. This dividend payout amounts to a total of ₹67.28 crore. The record date for the purpose of determining eligibility for this dividend payment is set as August 10, 2026.

Order Book Strength

RITES also highlighted an all-time-high order book of ₹9445 crore as of June 30, 2026. The company secured over 120 orders in Q1FY27, including extensions, worth more than ₹670 crore.
