This issuance has raised a total of ₹1,885.0945 crore, including premium, for the company. The NCDs were allotted by the Debenture Allotment Committee at a meeting held on August 4, 2026.

Listing and Security Details

The company intends to list these debentures on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. To secure the issuance, a first pari-passu charge has been created over the company’s assets. This charge covers the repayment of debentures, interest payments, trustee remuneration, and other related monies, ensuring a security cover equivalent to 1.00 time the aggregate outstanding value of the debentures.

Payment Schedule

Interest payments are scheduled to commence from August 4, 2027, with subsequent annual payments on August 4th of each year until 2035. The final payment on August 4, 2036, will include the 10th interest payment and the principal repayment.
