Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has unveiled its financial and operational results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), demonstrating significant growth across key business metrics. The company reported a substantial 22% year-over-year increase in its booking value, reaching ₹8,651 crores. This achievement was supported by the sale of 3,738 residential units, aggregating to 6.2 million square feet of saleable area.

Key Financial and Operational Highlights

Customer collections for the quarter stood at ₹4,348 crores, marking an impressive 18% year-over-year growth. GPL also maintained its booking consistency, achieving its 6th consecutive quarter with booking value exceeding ₹7,000 crores and its 12th consecutive quarter above ₹5,000 crores.

Detailed sales by project indicate that Godrej Vanatara, Bengaluru generated the highest booking value at ₹3,237 crores, followed by Godrej Samaris, Gurugram at ₹1,248 crores.

FY27 Guidance vs. Actual Performance

The company’s performance is tracking well against its FY27 guidance. For Booking Value, the YTD Actual is ₹8,651 crores against a guidance of ₹39,000 crores, achieving 22%. Customer Collections are at ₹4,348 crores (18% achievement), and Business Development by expected booking value is ₹9,500 crores (48% achievement). Deliveries at 0.9 million sq. ft. represent 7% of the guidance, while Launch value is at ₹10,500 crores (22% achievement).

The consolidated Profit & Loss statement for Q1 FY27 shows a Total Income of ₹1,337 crores, a decrease of 16% compared to Q1 FY26. However, the Net Profit after tax stood at ₹350 crores, down 42% YoY. The Cashflow statement indicates a Net Operating Cashflow of ₹399 crores for Q1 FY27.
