The committee formally approved the allotment of 18,700 equity shares of Metropolis Healthcare Limited. These shares are issued under the Metropolis-Restrictive Stock Unit Plan, 2020 (‘MHL-RSU Plan, 2020’). The exercise price for these shares was set at INR 2/- per share, aggregating to a total of INR 37,400/-. These newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
Grant of Stock Benefits
In addition to the share allotment, the committee also approved the grant of new stock benefits. This includes the grant of 1,380 units under the Metropolis – Restrictive Stock Units Plan, 2025. Furthermore, 20,500 options were granted under the Metropolis – Employees Stock Options Plan, 2025. A lock-in period of 1 year from the allotment date applies to 50% of the equity shares allotted to each RSU holder.
