Following the recent intimation regarding the cessation of Mr. Mike Frank as Chief Executive Officer of UPL Corporation Limited, effective August 31, 2026, UPL Limited has announced significant updates to its senior leadership arrangements. Key Leadership Appointments

Mr. Jai Shroff will continue to serve as Group Chairman and CEO and will also lead the Global Crop Protection business. To support this, the following senior leadership appointments with expanded global mandates have been made:

Mr. Ashish Dobhal possesses over 23 years of leadership experience in key agricultural markets across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His expertise spans Sales, R&D, and M&A, having held full P&L responsibility as CEO of UPL Sustainable Agri Solutions (SAS) and previously as Global Head of Sales and Supply Chain. He is recognized for driving growth, enhancing organizational capabilities, and achieving operational excellence.
