Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of 49% equity share capital in Vacuform 2000 Proprietary Limited. The acquisition was made by its step-down subsidiary, MSSL Global RSA Module Engineering Limited. Following the completion of conditions, Vacuform 2000 is now an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson. This strategic move was finalized on August 3, 2026.
Acquisition of Vacuform 2000 Finalized
Samvardhana Motherson International Limited confirmed the successful completion of its acquisition of 49% of the equity share capital of Vacuform 2000 Proprietary Limited (“Vacuform”). This acquisition was executed through its 100% step-down subsidiary, MSSL Global RSA Module Engineering Limited (“MSSL RSA”). The transaction was finalized on August 3, 2026, after all pre-agreed conditions were met.
Vacuform Becomes Wholly Owned Subsidiary
With the completion of this acquisition, Vacuform 2000 now operates as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited. This development follows previous disclosures made on April 27, 2026, and June 30, 2026, which initially informed the market about the proposed acquisition from the initial promoters of Vacuform.
