Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS Hospitals) has announced the outcome of its Board Meeting conducted on August 3, 2026. During this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed, deliberated upon, and approved the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. These results, along with the Limited Review Reports, have been prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Key Financial Approvals and Loan Sanctions
The Board also sanctioned several significant financial proposals. They approved the advancement of loans or guarantees not exceeding ₹650 Crore (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Crores) to subsidiaries, associates, or joint venture entities. This approval is over and above the limits set by Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, and is subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution. Additionally, the Board approved a loan of up to ₹25 crore (Rupees Twenty-Five Crores) to KIMS Hospital Enterprises Private Limited, identified as a material subsidiary, in compliance with applicable laws.
Strategic Agreements Considered
Further, the Board considered and approved the draft Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreement and Call Option Agreement. These agreements are with Golden Lan Solutions Private Limited and Sarwottam Healthcare Private Limited. The company stated that requisite SEBI disclosures will be made upon the execution of these definitive agreements.
