Unimech Aerospace: Approves ₹750 Cr QIP, ₹5 Cr Investment

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited has announced the approval of a significant fundraising initiative through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), targeting an aggregate amount of up to ₹75,000 lakhs (₹750 crore). Additionally, the board approved a further investment of up to ₹5 crore in its associate company, Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited. The company also declared its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Board Approves Major Fundraising and Strategic Investment

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited’s Board of Directors, in their meeting held on August 03, 2026, have given the green light to raise substantial capital through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). The company plans to raise funds aggregating up to ₹75,000 lakhs (₹750 crore) by issuing equity shares and/or other eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers. This move is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Strategic Investment in Associate Company

In a move to strengthen its strategic partnerships, the Board also approved a further investment in Dheya Engineering Technologies Private Limited, an Associate Company. The investment, not exceeding ₹5 crore, will be made through the subscription of equity shares and/or acquisition of securities via a secondary sale. The terms will be mutually agreed upon by all involved parties.

Unaudited Financial Results Declared

The Board has approved the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors, MSKA & Associates LLP, has also been noted. These results are available on the company’s website and have been submitted to the stock exchanges.

Annual General Meeting Scheduled

The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST via Video Conferencing. The notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be submitted to the exchanges shortly.
