Shareholder Communication Initiative by PVR INOX

PVR INOX Limited is actively engaging with its shareholders to enhance communication efficiency. The company has released an important appeal requesting all shareholders to register or update their email addresses. This proactive measure is crucial for the timely and effective distribution of essential corporate communications, including the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Updating Email Addresses: What Shareholders Need to Know

The process for updating email addresses differs based on the shareholding format:

For Members Holding Shares in Demat Form:

Shareholders with shares held in dematerialized form are requested to update their email addresses directly with their respective Depository Participant (DP). National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) provides a facility for this purpose via their e-services portal. Shareholders can access this service through the link: https://eservices.nsdl.com/kyc-attributes/#/login.

For Members Holding Shares in Physical Form:

For shareholders who hold Equity shares in physical form and have not yet registered their email addresses, the company advises them to get their details registered with KFintech, the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA). This can be done by submitting Form ISR-1 along with the necessary supporting documents. Form ISR-1 can be obtained from the following link: https://ris.kfintech.com/clientservices/isc/isrforms.aspx.

Modes for Submitting ISR Forms:

  • In Person Verification (IPV): The authorized person at the RTA will verify original documents and retain copies with an IPV stamp.
  • Hard Copies: Self-attested hard copies can be submitted to the following address:

    KFIN Technologies Limited
    (Unit: PVRINOX LIMITED)
Selenium Building, Tower-B, Plot No. 31 & 32, Financial District,
    Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500 032, Telangana.

KYC and Email Validation

Furthermore, shareholders holding physical shares are strongly encouraged to update their KYC details, including PAN, Bank information, and mobile number, with Kfintech. Shareholders who have already registered their email addresses should ensure they remain validated with their DPs/RTA to facilitate electronic servicing of communications and documents.

For any queries, shareholders may contact the Company at [email protected] or the RTA at [email protected].

Registering an email address will significantly improve communication between PVR INOX and its esteemed shareholders, while also contributing to environmental conservation by reducing paper usage.
