Escorts Kubota Limited announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for solar power generation, committing up to ₹3.80 Crore. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Vicky Chauhan as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeding Mr. Arvind Kumar.

The Board of Directors of Escorts Kubota Limited met on August 03, 2026, to consider and approve key corporate actions. The board sanctioned the unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The financial statements, along with the statutory auditors’ limited review report, have been officially released.

Strategic Investment in Solar Power

In a move towards sustainable operations, the company approved the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) as a Private Limited Company. This SPV will focus on solar power generation for the company’s captive power consumption. Escorts Kubota Limited has committed an overall capital of up to ₹3.80 Crore for this initiative, ensuring it meets the minimum capital commitment of 26% of the SPV’s paid-up capital as per regulatory norms. AMPIN will hold a 74% stake in the SPV, making it the holding company, while Escorts Kubota Limited will hold the remaining 26%.

Leadership Changes in Key Roles

The company also announced a change in its key managerial personnel. Following the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, Mr. Vicky Chauhan has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. This appointment is effective from August 18, 2026, taking over from Mr. Arvind Kumar, who resigned from his position effective from the closing business hours of August 17, 2026, due to personal reasons.

Auditor Appointment

Furthermore, based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation, the Board has approved the appointment of M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as the Company’s Statutory Auditors. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 81st Annual General Meeting in 2027 and will be for a term of five years, concluding with the 86th Annual General Meeting. M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP will continue to serve until the conclusion of the 81st Annual General Meeting in 2027.
