The primary objective of establishing these entities is to facilitate and hold specific power projects under the Independent Power Producer (IPP) framework. Both Windora Energy Private Limited and Agni Vayu Energy Private Limited were officially incorporated on December 16, 2025.

The incorporation of these subsidiaries signifies WAAREE Energies’ strategic focus on expanding its portfolio of power projects. While currently holding no turnover, these entities are poised to commence business operations, contributing to the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.
