Voltas Limited has released its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing a consolidated total income of ₹2,411.93 crores, compared to ₹2,724.58 crores in the same period last year. Profit Before Tax for Q2 stood at ₹54.12 crores. Net Profit was recorded at ₹31.50 crores.
First Half Results
For the six months ended September 30, 2025, Voltas reported a consolidated total income of ₹6,432.58 crores, compared to ₹7,725.85 crores in the same period last year. Profit Before Tax for the period was ₹256.84 crores. Net Profit for the six-month period stood at ₹172.11 crores.
Segmental Performance – Unitary Cooling Products (UCP)
The UCP business experienced a muted retail offtake due to seasonal factors and delayed consumer purchases but Voltas sustained its market leadership in this segment. Residential Air Conditioners remain a core offering. Market share has sequentially improved throughout the prior three quarters, reaching 18.5% in Q2. The company anticipates traction from GST reduction and impending BEE energy efficiency transition.
Voltbek Home Appliances Growth
Voltbek continues its growth as one of India’s fastest growing appliance brands, gaining market share due to consumer preference for high-quality, energy-efficient, and locally manufactured products. Voltbek saw growth in Washing Machines, Refrigerators, and Small Domestic Appliances.
Electro Mechanical Projects and Services (EMPS)
Segment B continues to act as a strategic stabilizer for Voltas. The domestic Infra Solutions business has advanced project execution across MΕΡ, water, electrical and solar verticals. The company has a consolidated order book exceeding ₹6,200 crores and maintains a healthy bid pipeline.
Engineering Products and Services
The Engineering Products and Services segment maintained operational resilience despite macroeconomic uncertainty. The Mining and Construction Equipment division saw stable performance. The Textile Machinery Division (TMD) delivered on revenue and collection targets.
Strategic Outlook
Voltas aims to capitalize on emerging opportunities through product innovation, manufacturing excellence, channel revitalization, and operational efficiency. The company plans to further expand its business with Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) and Commercial Refrigeration (CR). Voltas also intends to strengthen its market leadership position in the cooling products category.
