- EBITDA: Q2 FY26 EBITDA stood at ₹818.3 Mn, a 7.7% increase YoY. H1 FY26 EBITDA was ₹1,553.6 Mn, up by 13.2% YoY.
- EBITDA Margin: 40.6% for Q2 FY26 and 39.9% for H1 FY26.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): Q2 FY26 PAT was ₹432.8 Mn, a 2.7% increase YoY. H1 FY26 PAT reached ₹818.7 Mn, showing an 11.2% YoY growth.
- PAT Margin: 21.5% for Q2 FY26 and 21.0% for H1 FY26.
Operational Highlights
Key operational metrics for the reporting period include:
- Total Tests: 4.28 million in Q2 FY26, an increase of 8.3% YoY. H1 FY26 saw 8.22 million tests, a 12.2% YoY rise.
- Total Footfall: 1.20 million in Q2 FY26, a 5.7% YoY increase. H1 FY26 recorded 2.30 million footfalls, up by 9.7% YoY.
- Average realization per test: ₹471 in Q2 FY26 and ₹474 in H1 FY26.
- Wellness Share: 14.4% in Q2 FY26 and 14.3% in H1 FY26.
Strategic Developments
The company announced the successful launch of a new hub center in Kasba, Kolkata, marking its third hub launch in West Bengal this year. Two additional hubs in West Bengal are scheduled to be commissioned in Q3 FY26. Furthermore, the Yelahanka hub center in Bengaluru achieved break-even within two quarters of operation.
Vijaya also received the NCLT order in October 2025 for the merger of Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited with the Company, effective from April 1, 2024.
