The acquisition is being carried out through UPL’s step-down subsidiary, Advanta Holdings B.V. 100% of the shares of Hybrid Seeds will be acquired for a total consideration of USD 2000. The company is newly incorporated on October 3rd, 2024.

Hybrid Seeds is engaged in the seeds and related business. This acquisition allows UPL to strategically expand its existing business operations in Vietnam, aligning with its broader goals for growth in the seeds sector. The deal is expected to be completed on or before December 31st, 2025.
