Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Morrisons have announced an expansion of their decade-long partnership. The aim is to accelerate Morrisons’ digital transformation. Through this five-year collaboration, TCS will help align operations across essential business functions, including retail, e-commerce, and marketing. Key Partnership Objectives

The primary focus of this engagement is to support Morrisons in achieving its strategic priorities. These objectives include enhancing operational efficiency, transforming the loyalty program, improving customer experiences, and capturing a larger market share. TCS will provide end-to-end engineering services, modernize legacy platforms, and embed AI-powered solutions to improve service outcomes.

Automation and Intelligent Command Center

TCS will establish an automation factory and a Business Intelligent Command Centre (BICC). This initiative will enable a 360-degree operational view and proactive issue resolution, and more data-driven decision-making.
