Leadership Transition in HR
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to undergo a change in its leadership with regard to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) position. Milind Lakkad, the current CHRO, is scheduled to retire from his role.
Appointment of New CHRO
As Milind Lakkad prepares to step down, Sudeep Kunnumal, who currently holds the title of Chief Human Resources Officer Designate, will assume the responsibilities of CHRO. The effective date for this transition is October 1, 2025.
