Crisil Ratings Limited has re-affirmed the credit ratings for Tata Chemicals’ debt instruments. The ratings for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of ₹1,700 crore have been re-affirmed at Crisil AA+/ Stable. Additionally, the rating for Commercial Paper of ₹100 crore has also been re-affirmed at Crisil A1+. Another NCD of ₹1,200 crore was assigned Crisil AA+/ Stable.

Tata Chemicals Limited received notification from Crisil Ratings Limited regarding the credit ratings for various debt instruments. The ratings were officially communicated in letters dated December 5, 2025.

The following ratings actions were taken by Crisil:
- Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to ₹1,200 crore: Assigned rating of Crisil AA+/ Stable.
- Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to ₹1,700 crore: Re-affirmed rating of Crisil AA+/ Stable.
- Commercial Paper amounting to ₹100 crore: Re-affirmed rating of Crisil A1+.
