Effective November 14, 2025, Mr. Saptarshi Ganguly has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No. FCS 12416). As per company guidelines, he will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel.
Resignation of Bhushan Kishor Joshi
The previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Mr. Bhushan Kishor Joshi, has resigned from his position, effective at the close of business hours on November 14, 2025. His resignation was accepted by the Board.
