Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO (SWFZCO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Unipessoal LDA in Portugal. The subsidiary will focus on designing, engineering, construction, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of solar energy projects.
New Subsidiary Incorporated
Sterling and Wilson International Solar FZCO (“SWFZCO”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited, has taken steps to expand its global footprint by incorporating a new wholly owned subsidiary in Portugal. The new entity is named Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, Unipessoal LDA.
Focus on Solar Energy Projects
The newly formed subsidiary will concentrate on a range of services related to solar energy projects. This includes designing, engineering, construction, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance. The authorized capital for the subsidiary is 1,000 Euros. The paid-up capital is planned to increase to 1,000 Euros.
Subsidiary Details
The subsidiary was registered with the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office on December 02, 2025, and is yet to commence business operations. Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy will hold 100% shareholding in this entity. The cost of acquisition and/or the price at which the shares are acquired are yet to be determined.
