The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has issued a revised version of its Annual Report for FY 2024-25. The revision addresses an inadvertent error on Page 165 related to ‘Directors Remuneration’ and also the reference to ‘The Committee on Public Enterprises’ on Page 76, which is now corrected to ‘The Committee on Public Undertakings (COPU)’. FY 2024-25 Annual Report – Revised
The Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has announced a revision to its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025, following a previous submission on 21.08.2025.
Correction Details
The revised report addresses the following issues:
- An inadvertent error in the table on Page 165, concerning ‘Directors Remuneration during the FY 2024-25.’ Shareholders are requested to refer to the revised table.
- A correction on Page 76. The 2nd paragraph about Reporting Status now says: ‘The Committee on Public Enterprises’ should now read as ‘The Committee on Public Undertakings (COPU)’.
Other Information
All other contents within the Annual Report and the Notice of the AGM remain unchanged. The updated Annual Report including the AGM Notice and the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report are available on the company website.
