Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 10% stake of Motherson Lumen Systems South Africa Pty Ltd. (“Motherson Lumen SA”) on December 10, 2025. Following the completion of conditions, Motherson Lumen SA is now an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Subsidiary Status
As of December 10, 2025, Motherson Lumen SA has officially become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary. This follows the fulfillment of all precedent conditions.
