Dinesh Garg holds degrees in Commerce, Law, and Business Administration and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Dinesh Garg is a Commerce & Law graduate from Delhi University and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds Master’s degrees in Law and Business Administration (Finance). He brings over two decades of professional experience in Public and Private sector organizations, with expertise in Corporate Governance, Board Administration, Regulatory & Statutory Compliances, Public Issues, Stakeholder Management etc.
