RailTel has announced a board meeting scheduled for October 29, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. The board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining eligibility for the interim dividend is set as November 4, 2025.
Board Meeting for Financial Results and Dividend
RailTel’s board of directors will meet on October 29, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26).
Interim Dividend Consideration
During the same meeting, the board will also consider the declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if any.
Record Date
The company has set Tuesday, November 4, 2025, as the “Record Date” to determine the eligibility of members entitled to receive the Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26. The dividend payment, if approved, will be made within 30 days from the declaration date at the Board Meeting.
Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in equity shares of RailTel has been closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives since October 1, 2025. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2025.
