Shukla has extensive experience in the housing finance sector, having worked with TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited for the past 16 years, most recently as Chief Business Officer. Prior to that, he held various roles at ICICI Bank and LIC Housing Finance Limited.
Internal Auditor Designation
In addition to the MD & CEO appointment, Vipin Malhotra, who heads Internal Audit, has been designated as the Internal Auditor of the company, effective November 30, 2025.
