Important Information for Dividend Payments
Effective April 1, 2024, dividend payments to security holders (holding securities in physical form) will be made exclusively through electronic mode. Such payments will only be processed upon submission of PAN, nomination option, contact details including mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature. Demat Securities for Service Requests
Listed companies are mandated to issue securities in demat form only while processing service requests. Members are requested to submit a duly filled and signed Form ISR-4, which can be found on the company’s website https://www.petronetlng.in/norms-for-processing-investors-service-requested-by-rta-related-forms and RTA’s website www.bigshareonline.com. Service requests can only be processed if the folio is KYC compliant.
