Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited announced that Mr. Pawan Verma, Purchases Head, will be relocating out of India, effective December 31, 2025. Mr. Kartik Harugoli will be appointed as the new Purchases Head, effective January 1, 2026. This transition marks a change in leadership within the company’s purchases department, impacting its operations in India and globally.
Purchases Head Transition
Mr. Pawan Verma will cease to be the Company’s Purchases Head effective close of business hours on December 31, 2025, as he will be relocating out of India due to a change in his assignment at P&G.
New Appointment
Mr. Kartik Harugoli will be appointed as Company’s Purchases Head effective January 1, 2026.
