One 97 Communications has successfully completed the simplification of its group structure. This includes the acquisition of the remaining 51% stake in both Paytm Intelligence Limited (formerly known as Paytm Emerging Tech Limited until October 30, 2025) and Paytm Life Insurance Limited from Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma. Following these acquisitions, both entities are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of One 97 Communications, effective October 30, 2025.

One 97 Communications announced the completion of its group structure simplification effective October 30, 2025.
Acquisition of Paytm Intelligence Limited
The company has acquired the remaining 51% stake in Paytm Intelligence Limited (formerly known as Paytm Emerging Tech Limited until October 30, 2025). This stake was purchased from VSS Holdings Private Limited (100% owned by Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma).
Acquisition of Paytm Life Insurance Limited
One 97 Communications has also acquired the remaining 51% stake in Paytm Life Insurance Limited from Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma.
Subsidiary Status
Following the completion of these acquisitions, both Paytm Intelligence Limited and Paytm Life Insurance Limited are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of One 97 Communications, effective October 30, 2025.
