Ola Electric Expands Hyperservice, Launches Same-Day Service

Ola Electric has announced an expansion of its Hyperservice initiative, launching dedicated Hyperservice Centres. These centers offer a same-day service guarantee to eligible customers at no additional cost. Ola will upgrade existing service centers into Hyperservice Centres, starting in Bengaluru. The goal is to simplify and speed up the service experience for Ola Electric customers, providing faster, simpler and more transparent service.

Hyperservice Expansion

Ola Electric is expanding its Hyperservice initiative by launching dedicated Hyperservice Centres, designed to provide a same-day service guarantee to eligible customers without extra charges. The company will begin upgrading existing service centers to Hyperservice Centres, beginning with Bengaluru. The first Hyperservice Centre is now operational in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

These Hyperservice Centres are designed to simplify and expedite the service experience, enabling customers to have their vehicles serviced within the same day at no extra cost, with a fully digital and transparent process.

Features of the Hyperservice Centres include a dedicated customer lounge, free Wi-Fi, and real-time digital updates at every stage of servicing, ensuring speed, clarity, and trust.

Nationwide Upgrades

Following the Bengaluru launch, Ola plans to rapidly upgrade select service centers to Hyperservice Centres across India, improving service infrastructure nationally.

Open Platform for Hyperservice

Ola has also scaled up Hyperservice into an open platform, making genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules available to customers, independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators throughout the country. Ola’s spare parts can be directly purchased via the Ola Electric Customer App and website, allowing access to certified components.

In-App Service Appointments

The company has also rolled out an in-app service appointment feature, designed to offer ease and accessibility. This feature allows users to select preferred service slots, track service status, and manage service needs within the Ola Electric app.
