Ola Electric has commenced test rides of its 4680 Bharat Cell vehicles at flagship stores across India. The S1 Pro+ (5.2kWh) is the first product powered by the company’s indigenous 4680 Bharat Cell battery pack, promising more range, better performance, & enhanced safety. The company also secured ARAI certification under the latest AIS-156 Amendment 4 standards for its battery packs.
Bharat Cell Vehicle Test Rides Begin
Ola Electric announced the commencement of test rides for its 4680 Bharat Cell-powered vehicles at its flagship stores throughout India on November 16, 2025. The initial product to feature this technology is the S1 Pro+ (5.2kWh) scooter, equipped with the company’s indigenously manufactured 4680 Bharat Cell battery pack.
Key Features of S1 Pro+ (5.2kWh)
The S1 Pro+ (5.2kWh) boasts a 13 kW motor, delivering rapid acceleration from 0-40 kmph in just 2.1 seconds. It offers a range of 320km (IDC with DIY mode) and includes four riding modes: Hyper, Sports, Normal, and Eco. Safety is enhanced with category-first dual ABS and disc brakes. Additional features include a two-tone seat with supportive foam, body-colored mirrors, and a new die-cast aluminum grab handle.
Ola’s Expansive Vehicle Portfolio
Ola Electric offers a wide array of S1 scooters and Roadster X motorcycles. The premium S1 Gen 3 portfolio includes the S1 Pro+ in 5.2kWh and 4kWh configurations, priced at ₹1,90,338 and ₹1,70,338 respectively, and the S1 Pro in 4kWh and 3kWh configurations, priced at ₹1,44,999 and ₹1,24,999 respectively. Mass market offerings include the Gen 3 S1 X+ (4kWh), priced at ₹1,19,999, and the Gen 3 S1 X (2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh) priced at ₹84,999, ₹98,999, and ₹1,14,999 respectively.
Roadster Motorcycle Lineup
The Roadster motorcycle portfolio consists of the Roadster X+ (4.5kWh), priced at ₹1,29,999, and the Roadster X (2.5kWh, 3.5kWh, and 4.5kWh) priced at ₹99,999, ₹1,09,999, and ₹1,24,999, respectively.
